We also handle family feuds involving family limited partnerships, closely held businesses, petitions to partition family lands and life estate disputes. And we represent Trustees before various Georgia Superior and Probate Courts in non-contested declaratory judgment actions, petitions for trust reformation, petitions for trust termination and trustee succession cases.
