Personal injury law is designed to compensate someone who is injured, physically or psychologically, because of fault of another person/entity. Simply stated, if injured in an accident which was not or not entirely your fault, you may be entitled to sue the responsible party for damages.

We advise and guide individual and corporate fiduciaries in the administration of trusts and estates. We also prepare and file federal estate and gift tax returns (Forms 706 and 709). However, if the client has an experienced CPA we tend to rely on him or her to prepare these tax returns

And we represent Trustees before various Georgia Superior and Probate Courts in non-contested declaratory judgment actions, petitions for trust reformation, petitions for trust termination and trustee succession cases.

Business succession planning fits hand in glove with estate planning. Business succession involves many potential matters including without limitation, the transfer of the family business over time from parent to child, the sale of a professional’s interest in a professional corporation, and sales or acquisitions of closely held businesses or business interests.

We prepare multiple shareholder agreements, LLC buy-sell agreements and tenants-in-common buy-sell agreements. We organize most forms of business entities, and we advise family members regarding the administration of family LLC’s and partnerships.
