Alan Dodson is a trust, estate and closely-held-business attorney whose Griffin based practice serves clients from across the metropolitan Atlanta area. As of 2017, Alan has worked with over 1700 families during his almost 20 years of practice in these areas. He also handles and has handled multiple pro bono cases for Georgia Legal Services, a nonprofit indigent defense legal provider.
Mr. Dodson received his undergraduate degree in History from the University of Georgia in 1992, graduating Cum Laude and a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1999, graduating Cum Laude and a member of its Law Review.

Mr. Dodson currently resides in Peachtree City, Georgia with his wife, Lany Dodson, and three children. In his free time, Alan enjoys reading history, cycling and other outdoor sports.
